CS Genealogy Services, LLC, has a strict policy for handling customer information.  The information you provide to CS Genealogy Services, LLC, is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible.  CS Genealogy Services, LLC, will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties without prior written consent of the client.  Any personal information, such as client's name, postal and e-mail, or telephone number is private and confidential.  The personal information clients provide is used only for the purposes for which they provide it.

Information supplied by clients for research purposes is confidential.  Information and/or documents that are public record and gathered while conducting research for clients may be used for other research purposes when applicable and in written or oral presentations, except where reference is made to living persons, and subject to state and federal privacy laws.

CS Genealogy Services, LLC, is a domestic, single owner limited liability company.  Its articles of organization are filed with the Secretary of State for Kentucky.  Cohen H. Swiney is the registered agent and owner of CS Genealogy Services, LLC.  Under current copyright law, Cohen H. Swiney is an independent contractor and retains the copyright to work products prepared for clients.
